Please note our shipping policies as below -
A complete postal address including pin code, email id, and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our goods, you have the option to return it at the time of delivery. Please take a moment to fill out our delivery form with your input so that we can learn from it and prevent it in the future.
A word of advice: judging organic goods only on the basis of its cover is, in our opinion, unfair. Organic produce, unlike its non-organic counterparts, may not have the nicest appearance because no chemical modifications are done at any phase to make it look attractive. However, they are usually extremely good on the inside. So, if you wish to return the fruit because of its appearance on the outside (either not appealing or looking dull or incase of bananas it looks blackish),
Due to quality issues after delivery
Please send us an email with the problem and a picture to rusafarms@gmailI.com.
In Fruits and Vegetables - within 2 days of delivery if there are any quality problems. Send us a picture of the problem so we can better understand it.
Non-perishables - within 7 days of delivery. We will accept it back if it is unopened. However, if it is opened, we will have to consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please keep in mind that we will NOT be able to refund non-perishable products unless the product is returned. As a result, please keep the product in its original packaging for return. Typically, we will return the same item with the next order.
